All the products in are in stock or not?

A: Big size salon equipment and furniture are not in stock,but generally we could deliver in 15 days, you could still order online; small appliance and tools are in stock, our delivery time is about 1-3 days; please contact our salesperson for further information. What’s the delivery time?

A: Since most of the products on are big size and custom-made style, we arrange production according to order.Generally,delivery time is about 10-15 days(shipping time didn’t included) after money reached, but in selling season ,it may be need more time , so please contact the salesperson of ,to know further information before your paying.
Of course, more and more products would be in stock, especially small equipment and appliance, some of products we would ship in three days, please contact us for further information.

What payment methods do you accept?

A: If order amount over USD500.01, only accept payment by wire transfer to our company bank account,western union is available also.
If order amount less than USD500.00, only accept payment by WESTERN UNOIN or Moneygram.

How can I get a lower price if I purchase in bulk?

A:The price on is already wholesale price, but if you would purchase in bulk, over a container or order amount over USD10000, please contact our sales for further information.

How could I tracking my order?

A: Yes, if cargoes sent by air, tracking number are available after 24 hours; if cargoes send by shipping, it would needs several days more to get bill of lading number and documents. We would send email to you once we get it; you can also email us for further tracking.

How can I cancel a mistake order?

A: If you have made payment and don’t want to continue the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order didn’t in process, we would cancel it and issue full refund for you; if the order already in process, please contact us for a solution.
